Got a call from a VA claims adjudicator 2 weeks ago. Been very anxious as each day passes…

He was mainly concerned with clarification of my dependents as they apparently were not listed in the system, which I also updated a few days later. I asked about my claim, he told me I was being granted 70%, (80% total) PTSD back dated to March 2013 when I originally filed. Yes my claim is 9 years4 months and counting. Also said I was being granted 90% total effective January 2019. I got all woozy and light headed, as I knew is a $100k+ payout even after the lawyers 20% cut. He also said should hear something in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks has passed. I had a anxious, venting call with lawyer yesterday at the end of the day because I knew this week would close with no news or progress He said all signs point to good news. He would contact the board if no progress by September. I apologized as I am always on guard when dealing with the VA and expecting just more disappointing news. When the VA tries to state the process is not adversarial, my response is 9+ years is very disingenuous and adversarial.
