I’m approved for VR&E so should my tuition and everything be paid for through the VR&E program or should it be taken out of my Federal Pell in the picture above.. If it’s not supposed to be taken out of my Federal Pell Grant what should I do. Also if is should I click the PAY NOW button? Additionally it says on my refund page that I was issued a refund on August 31 but I never received one…what is going on?
