Just wondering what your experiences have been with requesting your DBQs from contractors from DAV specifically. My husband plans on reaching out tomorrow, but just wondering what the chances are he’ll actually get anywhere. He’s going to go ahead and submit the FOIA request but last time he did that for his service records, it took two years. So :/
