Hey all,

I finally got a 30% service connection after 3 years of fighting for a rating. I was discharged with an OTH but had it upgraded to a General under Honorable. Guessing that is the reason, I was finally given the rating instead of Ch 17 Treatment-only designation. I also recently found out, that VA is not recognizing my discharge as honorable, so is not con=mpensating me or providing benefits. Has anyone successfully gotten through something like this or can offer help? Thanks!
