Hello,

I am having a C&P for 3 issues: Shoulder Strain and knee. My appointment is scheduled for Sunday. Does anyone have any advice? I am currently 90% and desperately want this to go in my favor (who wouldn't) but have terrible anxiety. Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.

EDIT: After speaking with my Rep from Patriot Benefit Consulting LLC, I have decided to "no show" the C&P. I have submitted fully supported/vetted DBQ's for these issues and it is my belief that they simply missed them. By going to the C&P I am giving the VA rater the option to choose which DBQ to use for my rating (the one they paid for with QTC) and the one I paid for (REE Medical through PBC LLC). It is more likely than not that they'd use the one they paid for. I believe 1 of 3 outcomes will result from this:

1. (Worst case) the VA will receive my file back from QTC and fail to see the attached DBQs I submitted and try to schedule another C&P at which time I am prepared for legal action.
2. The VA will receive my file back from QTC and recognize my attached DBQs and make a determination accordingly.
3. The VA will decline my claim all together at which time I am prepared for legal action.
