Fuel tankers are loud. The pony motor is loud. The trucks are loud. The e7 motor sergeant who had 3 divorces and multiple IG complaints screaming at us is very loud. Speaking of which, he said that the dangers of not hearing someone outweighs the risk of hearing loss. So while working on vehicles, no hearing protection is to be worn.

Hello, I’m a 15 year old who lives in a home that’s, well not so loving. And I have a few questions about the army. 1.) Is it a normal thing to have the army as a “dream”. I don’t know much about this stuff but it seems a lot of the time people use this to get away from things if that makes sense? And seeing people in combat just makes me feel in awe 2.) I requested a 4 Day Pass to go see my Mother who is Terminal with Pancreatic Cancer. The following day the pass was approved. Come to 3 days before I take my leave, my NCO tells me we have an event on Sep 1st and my Pass was going to be a “No Go”. I explained to my NCO that my pass was approved and I gave a months notice.
