I requested a 4 Day Pass to go see my Mother who is Terminal with Pancreatic Cancer. The following day the pass was approved. Come to 3 days before I take my leave, my NCO tells me we have an event on Sep 1st and my Pass was going to be a “No Go”. I explained to my NCO that my pass was approved and I gave a months notice. So does my NCO have the rights to deny my approved leave?
