Let’s just say I’ve been through a deployment “glide path” related emotional event in recent years.

It got me wondering. How did your unit bungle a deployment back in the day? Did people get left behind the day of because some major bungled transportation? Did they forget to ship crucial SI down range? Did the agwash devolve into a riot? Did the emotionally exhausting FRAGOs nuke your marriage?
