One of the main reasons why solders are getting out the Army is because of toxic Leadership and low morale.Contacting soldiers on the weekend , making them stay past 1700 , no type of company morale is not the right answer. In the past two years 3 soldiers have committed suicide with in the Brigade.It’s sad how it takes a solider to die before a issue is addressed. When soldiers are happy and don’t hate coming to work the better the morale will be. But Hey I’m Just a SFC the real ones in control don’t ever do anything🤷‍♂️
