After re submitting my packet twice, today I was finally at my “f-it” phase and called the ssc and had them transfer me from person to person until I got into contact with a lady that could help me. Waited 3 months and today I finally got them after talking to the nice woman who helped me out.

That’s it. Now to resubmit my ETS leave, that’s a whole ‘nother bag of worms tho.

I love being directed to nameless, faceless JPPSO/DFAS email drop boxes in order to find where my refund is. If the Army overpays you 50 dollars they’ll spend hundreds of GS salaried hours tracking it down but, should the Army owe you 8 grand and you ask for a verification that your resubmission (which was due to a JPPSO counselor) has been received, the response is “🦗.”
