My recruiter is mad i’m switching branches,I was in army dep and decided I wanted to switch to airforce for the benefit of my family.I was told I was going to be able to sign my release paperwork today,but when I got to my recruiter office I had every recruiter in the army try to convince me not to and they started trying to throw bonuses at me for me to change my mind.I had a 2 hour lecture today which went no where because I was firm on changing branches.I don’t want to stay with the army and i feel like they’re not realizing that and throwing bonuses at me is not going to change my mind.Tomorrow they want me to come up there to talk some more because they wanted me to think about it,but I really don’t want to keep talking to them I jus want to have my papers released so I can join airforce.Anyone have any ideas on what I could do to have them realize I don’t want to join army and release paperwork?
