Long story short CSM did not enjoy my haircut and mustache at the board (still passed)

Imagine Brad Pitt from fury with his hair and inglorious basterd with his mustache.

I read the reg post board and it was all within regulations but I still had to lop it all off even after explaining it was in regs.

Why wouldn't this be in "regulation" when I followed everything the regulation said.
