I did 10 years US Army Infantry, so I'm familiar with their areas of responsibility and such, but I'm curious from members of the special ops community have to say about the different groups and teams reputations. Bonus points for CAG/Delta or DEVGRU squadron reputations.

My husband is interested in joining the Air Force as an experienced pharmacist. He contacted a medical recruiter who has been nice but he doesn’t want to bombard him with questions. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to join.

Does anyone know if pharmacists are even needed right now? By the Air Force or any other branch? I know a few years ago around 2029 they cut a lot of medical positions...

Was hospitalized and admitted to a behavioral health facility at 17 for depression shortly after a back surgery, ~5 day hold. Would it be possible, with a psychiatric examination, to join any branch of the military?
