Hello everyone. This is going to be a long one so I apologize in advance. I was in the US Army reserves from 2008-2016, 6 active, 2 inactive reserve. I served as a 42R(musician) in a unit that no longer exists(was absorbed a year or so after I was discharged). I never received my separation orders even though I had returned all my gear and signed the paper work that I had finished out my contract....

Today around 30 y, grew up in germany and lived only here so far
problem A ))Smoked weed around age 17-20 caught twice - no criminal record
problemB) )) Drunk catched stealing a bike even breaking up a lock, and got caught and had a "punishment" but with no criminal record
-- is there such a thing in the states I wonder? Like you did a crime/anything against the law - got a punishment but there is...
