Is joining the military possible with these flaws and how much of them must be told?

Today around 30 y, grew up in germany and lived only here so far
problem A ))Smoked weed around age 17-20 caught twice - no criminal record
problemB) )) Drunk catched stealing a bike even breaking up a lock, and got caught and had a "punishment" but with no criminal record
-- is there such a thing in the states I wonder? Like you did a crime/anything against the law - got a punishment but there is no criminal record? Mostly for petty crimes, first time etc, young age . If I would to apply for a job here in germany - there would be no foundings and I am legal to say I have no record but I dont know how this applies to the US or / and the military - is it the same? Am I legal to say I have no record, or do I have to mention these things?
Around 20 y old I was depressed and socially anxious and went to the hospital / doctors care on my own will. Basically just therapy for a few months. Do I need to mention this? its been a decade and I had no problems in all the past 6+ years. I just had a rough time and was overwhelmed by life due to things that happened growing up, my today self knows. Will the military see what doctors have written, everything I talked about with therapists there? I think germany is quite strict with files like this this but can the us oversee this / and I think military probably gets access anyways?
how much do you think this is a problem for enlisting as I am thinking about it?
A question on the side...
If I apply and get the questioning firstly out of the way how much time do I have left till the real testing that decides my possibilites inside the military? --- Id like to prepare for the ASVAB test, people suggest learning months before. If I learn for it now, apply, and then get rejected before even going anywhere I would waisted a lot of time I could have put into something else, but there might be no other way? Or can I simply apply, see if I make it to the testing, and then start learning for the test?
Anyone able to answer this questions I am thankful for
