I put in a supplemental appeal to challenge increase...submitted one letter and diagnosis...last week the 1800 said they requested records internally ...this week the 1800 said they requested national archives ...Ive been SC for 9 years... My question is, would they go through all that trouble for an appeals supplemental claim challenging percentage granted last year...or could the 1800 employee be mistaken and it's just internal request? Confused and new to the appeal process .. Any info would be appreciated
