Would appreciate everyone's help & opinion

Some of you may see me here and there, and I have talked to some in private just trying to do my part to help. I got 100% P&T last month so my fight and journey with the VA is (hopefully) OVER. Now I can focus on helping and giving back even more to my fellow vets. I work at my local VA as an AMSA (Advanced Medical Support Assistant) in Mental Health and have been there almost a month. I have already helped give some veterans help and advice for filing claims and getting them in the right direction. I have had some nurses, doctors and AMSA's come to me because I have become their Point of Contact for VA disability info. I started compiling some info to print out and give to everyone in my department to pass on to vets to help them get in contact with someone to start a claim, as well as some parts of the claim process they may not be told. I already have a bunch of VSO numbers and emails within my area, as well as VFWs and national numbers to help them.
My question is, what information do you all suggest I put in this little packet to hand out to vets? Information YOU wish you knew about the claims process when you all first started. Please load me up with some info to pass on because I KNOW I don't know everything with this process. Thank you all in advance! I'm hoping to have this put together within the next week, and I'm willing to pass it on to anyone else especially other VA employees.
