Hey guys!! I just got a partial decision and private student loan forgiveness so I wanted to outline what I needed to do in case it helps anyone.

I filed in October and had been in PFD since February so I called the White House hotline earlier this month. A week later I got a 70% partial rating with most of my claims deferred. The regional office called me today to tell me they granted the partial rating because of the White House call, so if it’s been a while - call. Number is 1-855-948-2311

Next, I know it’s been mentioned but just a reminder, if you have PRIVATE student loans through Navient and a disability rating above 30 (I’ve seen others say 40% FWIW) Navient will discharge your loans if you send them your verification letter.
