You started at 0% and every couple years they upgraded you. At 50% you got in a car accident and severed your lower spine. How would the va handle that? Do you just stop at 50% because they can’t say the permanent damage is from the neck or the car crash?

or Mental. Let’s say ur 40% for ptsd, then you develop worse ptsd from watching ur dog get hit by a car. After that you refuse to go out side, ptsd made you 100% home bound. How would they parse that?
