With the help of the community here, I was able to file for Sinusitis as a presumptive condition. I read that along with one of my existing conditions being sleep apnea, my chances were increased in getting an approval. I now have an appointment with QTC, and wondering if anyone has successfully seen an outside provider for this, and what type of info they would be needing or asking so I’m prepared to have honest answers. Looking for any guidance, or thoughts. thanks.
