Is there anyone else getting issues when logging in to va.gov?

Whenever i sign in through login gov or ds login, i instantly get logged out. I put in my information, I put in the security code that gets texted to me, then I get signed in and end up at the front page of the va website. It then logs me out and keeps doing this log in and log out loop.

I've tried logging in via chrome, firefox, and microsoft edge. I've tried clearing cookies and cache data on each browser but it keeps happening.

I'm trying to see information regarding my VA payment history because I didn't get it and I didn't get the school verification text. There was a week break between the spring and summer semester, but I want to ensure that the VA is tracking im in school.
