Hey all,

I was recently rated at 70% PTSD, however, I have not been seeking treatment for my symptoms up until now. I would like to start seeing the mental health providers at my local VA clinic. I'm just wondering what to expect from this type of treatment. Will it be one-on-one counseling, group therapy, medication, or some combination of that? I'm sure much of it will be dependent on their assessment. Thanks in advance
