VA claim help
Posted on
Never went to medical for my disabilities in service. My wife finally made me get checked to get help 8 years later and of course, I’m still having pain and issues. I am diagnosed with a few muscular skeletal disabilities and PTSD. So I guess my question is because I have no treatment and medical history until now (2022) and got out of service in 2014, what all do I need to win my claim? I’m turning in my current diagnosis for mental health and muscular skeletal, nexus letter for each one, buddy statements of people who witnessed the events, and a log for the past 6 months of my migraines. I also started going to physical therapy and they did all the mobility calculations that’s documented that I can turn in. I also have personal statements as well filled out. Am I all set? I’ll be turning in a FDC. Anything helps.
