GI BILL VS VET TECH
Posted on
Has anyone done the Vet Tech program? and if so is it better than using the GI BILL?
I want to use the GI BILL, but only if I'm able to go full time in order to get BAH. But I also need to sustain a full time job.
So is it more practical to go the VET TECH route over the GI BILL?

Cancer Residuals vs. Active Rating

Does the VA wait until all combined claims are decided to give a final answer?

I had three claims in since March but then found out I had prostate cancer last month so I put a new one in for that under the PACT Act (I was in SW Asia), and they combined it with the other three, so will the new claim delay finding out decisions on the other three? Thanks.

Need a nexus letter provider other than Prestige

Long story short; I contacted Prestige Veteran Medical Consulting, and whoever answered their communications on a Sunday morning was rude about me not responding to the barrage of emails they sent me when I first contacted them back in May. How do I go about potentially getting it to 100% since I believe it should be? Put in an increase? Or file a supplemental based off my decision letter since I was just granted connection a few months ago? Also I have lost my job due to mental...

Confused I haven’t been seen for any of this. Currently at 80%, is this normal for a review if I haven’t had an exam? [link] [comments] |
Illinois VSO experiences?
Posted on
Hello Vets. Any fellow Illinois veterans have any experience with our VSOs here? I’ve had hit or miss experiences with mine so far. One guy never picks up his phone and the county next to me says I can only go see the one guy in my county. Any recommendations or VSO recommendations or tips? I can’t even get an appointment with one so far

Already did C&P exam. do I submit additional evidence or wait?

Recently had a visit with my VA Dr. I mentioned to him that i submitted a claim and he surprisingly wrote me a nexus letter. Is it best to submit it now as additional evidence or wait to see if it is denied and then submit the nexus letter as a supplemental?
