For context one of my ratings is 50% for mental health reasons, but if I seek help for this would they see that as I got better therefore lower my rating? (I haven’t done this because 1. I don’t know where to look and 2. I’m unsure they’ll lower my rating for seeking the help I need)

If I want to go see a VA shrink/ MH professional, does my VA doctor have to give me a referral? I want to get seen about insomnia due to my back pain. I just got transferred to a new VA doctor and I think she thinks I’m just after drugs even though the only things I take are Motrin and Tylenol for the pain.

I am 100% disabled and I have to use a cream for my body rash that leaves my clothing messed up with stains. Can I submit a claim to have them pay for a clothing allowance? I do t want to open myself up to any additional subjection but I am tired of buying new clothing all the time.
