Completing a BDD Claim right now and during the document upload section I'm a little confused.

The first portion is for Service Treatment Records, and then the next section is for other supporting documents but also lists Medical Records. Can someone explain the differences? I put diagnosis, meds, MH stuff all in the first category (STR) but now I'm confused. I want to make sure it's done right the first time.
