Typically this VSO has been attentive, but it's getting down to the wire to file this BDD claim (two-ish weeks) and now it's radio silence. My doc drop-offs aren't getting picked up and not getting a response on email/phone. I even tried reaching out to another one of their colleagues locally and I'm not getting a response.

Have any of the organizations been more helpful than the others? I just requested an appt with another VSO group and explained the situation. What would you all do in my shoes? Try to get someone else and try to prepare my own personally if it falls through?

My last appointment I had everything, gave it to them, said they'd provide a copy of the claim and now nothing. No document pickups, no emails, no call back. Really frustrating.
