I had a L Hip replacement from VA in June of last year. I didn’t know I was eligible to potentially get temp 100 VA disability for up to a year after surgery. I submitted a claim back in April (so still within the year time frame I would maybe have gotten 100% temp but of course it’s all still pending. I’m assuming my claim will be denied. Or is it still a valid claim because I filed within a year from my surgery. Do I appeal on my own or look for help?
