I wanted to ask if anyone has experience doing the PA Real Estate Tax exemption. I just got awarded 100% P&T, and I currently make more than the income threshold. I see that there are allowable expenses, but I don't know if that means I subtract that amount from my Income, which would get me below the threshold. I'm just seeking some past experiences and such!
