I need advice. I feel like I have tried everything to get my claim resolved. I was medically retired from the Army 3 years ago. I got 90% at the time. Over the time I was out, my conditions continued to get worse. I filed a new claim for an increase and a new disability, including iu in April of 2021. I've made several complaints through the VA in the last several months, every time they tell me not to worry it will be done soon. Then finding 'more evidence they want,' it has been deferred in the ratings process 4 times, even after they tell me they have everything they need. I called the white house #, and made a congressional inquiry. They keep circling back, like asking for employment records from my job right after I got out, even though they requested it twice last year. I have no way to get it filled out. Although I'm not in danger of being homeless, my debt is starting to stack up, especially with rising inflation rates.
I don't know what else I can do. I don't have a VSO because I can't get any to set up an appointment with me, or even get back to my due to the amount of work load they have. No lawyers will take my case until they make a choice.
I'm so stressed out that this is taking so long, and with seemingly no end in sight.
Thank you in advance for reading
