my HLR had 3 claims. migraines, tmj and bruxism, and osa. 2 weeks after my informal conference my tmj with bruxism and migraines was awarded. my claim still says an error was found that must be corrected before a decision is made. I assume this must be my osa. they sent me for sleep study so they had the results and they acknowledged diagnosis. I explained on my informal conference i am on meds for ptsd that can cause weight gain. will this require another c & P? not sure what the error was. do most errors work in your favor?
