I recently claimed migraines and OSA secondary to unspecified anxiety disorder. I filed may 11 2022 and went into PFD last week. I had an c&p and sleep study and was diagnosed with moderate OSA. Also I’m within one year of separation. Im 91% currently. I think migraines are presumptive. Is that a bad thing I had no c&p? Likely to get awarded for OSA and migraines? Or neither? Or not migraines since no c&p? Help please with opinions.
