Looking for advice on getting my migraine claim upped.

I was medically retired in 2020 and I was given SC for my migraines.

I have a paper trail of appointments from active duty and after of migraine complaints, I’ve been on two different meds for them and even though I felt like my C&P went extremely well I was denied a higher rating than 0%. I requested HLR but this was in June and still haven’t heard anything. I don’t see it going my way so I’m just trying to get any advice for when I inevitably have to file another claim. Migraine logs? Letter about how they effect my day to day? They are truly awful and wipe me out for the day. Looking at the ratings, I know I fall at least at 30% for them.
