I’m wondering if it possible to get an increase with out a C&P? My service connected condition has gotten significantly worse and it’s all documented in my Va medical record. I have applied for an increase and I’m hoping maybe I won’t need a C&P. Has anyone ever gotten a increase with out the C&P exam.
