Is it common to still be in evidence gathering even after I have been given my rating? I just have my tinnitus claim deferred. Just don’t want to celebrate too early!

I would like to figure out if this will also affect my payments that would’ve started 1 Sept 23. ( but I believe I read that it would start the month after anyways)
