So I got out in 2011 and got my initial rating. I was hesitant to go back for fear of a bad review and feeling like a b#$@ for complaining. Well my friends and family talked me into going back as I had several conditions that had noticeably worsened. Well I finally got a re evaluation in 2023. They increased my rating in a favorable claim. So how do I know if I will get backpay? Does it go back to 2011 or just to 2023 when I got my increase and re evaluation?
