I am currently 90% and I turn 55 this month. I am 70% for mental health, I was having problems at work due to MH. I was on FMLA and then working 4 days a week. The Psychiatrist said that I needed to manage on my own, which caused me to struggle at work. I resigned from the Federal Government.

If I apply from unemployment ability could they turn around and take everything from me? This is my only source of income.,
