So currently 60 days out, I’ve called everywhere, 1sgt like always, doesn’t give a shit and wont help, theres no chance ill get my complete medical records before I’m ineligible for BDD, that being said, i can only rely on my tricare online documents, they cover pretty well all my claims and i have my diagnosis and doctors notes for everything i want to claim, has anybody successfully used only their tricare online documents to file for the VA disability? Or are they gonna deny it because they specifically want your STR’s?

And what would be the best course of action for me? I was just thinking going thru the whole claim and keeping it at the “evidence gathering stage” till my very last day of BDD eligibility hopefully i get my STR’s by then and submit them. What do y’all think?
