Just got my rating. Timeline Initial Claim April 1 C&P April Evidence for 2 months July 18 rating received

Quick question- so I got 30% for some foot issues. My other claim was dental issues and I received service connected for bruxism but not rate because it’s not recognized by VA.

I have documentation for TMJ, Tinnitus, and anxiety related to this. Should I ask for an HLR or just file a secondary for the bruxism and see about getting it elevated.

I had so much advice from this page and I didn’t use a VSO or anything. You guys and gals were super supportive and helpful. I waited 15 years to file and should have done it sooner but it was very intimidating and I felt guilted and undeserving.
