Okay so I was originally awarded only 10% for Migraines in July 2021, filed an HLR to contest that since I meet all the symptoms requirements for 50%. HLR awarded me 30% in October 2021. Not satisfied, I sought out an IMO and have the DBQ in hand now to support my claim for 50%. If I file this as a request for increase, will that still back date to my original SC date? If not, how do I file for the increased rating while preserving my entitlement to back pay?
