.I filed for my hips and knees in 2018. Ultimately got rated at 20% with the left hip being denied. I don't think I kept up on the appeals, but I filed again last year as secondary instead of new condition and I just got a letter rating my left hip at 10% effective november of 2018... and it shows my 2018 rating now at 30%.

Does this mean I should get back paid the difference all the way back to 2018?.
