Someone please tell me THE phone number I can call to update my phone number for my ds logon, because it’s wrong in the system, and when I try to logon ebenefits.va.gov, to get an activation code, the system has to text or call you with a PIN, and the online number in the system is like the last duty station I was at in 1990! I can’t change it online. But, I called the DMDC phone number and it says they don’t help with logon issues. OR, if there is some kind of work-around to get into ebenefits.va.gov, please let me know. Thanks!
