I'm rated at 20% for left shoulder tendonitis. My lawyer for other claims set me up with a Dr who did an exam for several conditions. The Dr said my shoulder should be rotator cuff strain (which I've always thought so too) and wrote that in the exam papers. But they filed a supplemental claim for limitation of arm movement? What will that do to my claim. Are they expecting me to get shoulder tendonitis/rotator cuff as well as limitation of motion? 2 ratings?
Also did one for my back for lumbosacral strain where she kept the same motion ranges but added in flare ups and pain. It says I require frequent breaks from work to sit or stand for more than 20/30 minutes at a time. (That's more sitting I have to get up and stretch my back often. If I'm standing I often lean and stretch or have to walk around). And have to take a break every hour if I'm driving. What should I expect for that? I'm currently at 10% for that.
