Okay you all, I have an ongoing appeal through a VA attorney for 100% TDIU I’m currently 80% (70% for chronic adjustment disorder, 10% asthma) I have a rating for flat feet @ 30%, but it wasn’t awarded to me, because I was issued insoles before I was discharged in 2020…..I let it go, but my feet have gotten so much worse. Should I file a claim for an increase now? Or wait until after this appeal? Working to obtain 100% P&T.
