I am putting a claim in for migraines.

Question can I submit va case law/appeals decision as lay evidence. My thought is this would be similar to medical journals where the va ruled in favor of the veteran based on meeting the requirements.

Example: migraines only have to show the possibility to cause economic harm rather than cause economic harm.

I see 30% ratings due to misinterpreting of the law. The an appeal then awarded higher.

I just want to avoid the dicking around if I can.
