I hope this appropriate here. I’m coming on my reevaluation for my med board. I’ve been in contact with a TDRL section chief, branch chief and a wounded warrior representative. I was previously told that getting my VHIC to access the base was enough, but now they’re insisting I go to and get my temporary retired ID. It would not be a big deal, but I have anxiety attacks when I even think about going back on to Travis which is the closest base to where I live currently. I have been really stressed out over this and I’ve called constantly to try to ask their visitors center, but I can’t get anyone to answer the phone whenever I call.

Can anyone please help?
