I am in the process of claiming an increase for my PTSD and am looking to establish a private DBQ in addition to all my other supporting documents.

My issue is amongst the psychiatrists that im able to locate online, they all require some form of in person meeting in the process (even when the actual medical appointment itself is already done virtually).

I am in Germany so a lot of these CONUS options are not possible for me. Surely there are a number of psychologists that can provide a DBQ fully remote. Thanks for the assistance!
