I found some emails between me and my wife from when I was on deployment and we managed to pick out a few where I openly mentioned my depression and I think they do a decent job of showing my depression get worse over the course of the deployment.

I want to add them as evidence however I'm unsure of how to do it. Do I print them, scan them, then upload them? Or is there a way to do it digitally? I don't have a VSO or anything. Uploaded the claim myself. Each email has a date and time stamp and show they come from a ship email i.e. Fantastic_Flower@DDG666.navy.mil

Also if I upload them now will it slow my claim down?
