Just wanted to vent a minute. I took sick leave from work for a 9am C&P appointment this morning. On the way at 8:30, they call me and tell me the appointment is cancelled and I need to call optumserve to reschedule, no sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Then I spend an hour on hold with optumserve to reschedule and they have the audacity to tell if I need to cancel I need to give at least 24 hours notice. Just huge clowns.
