Noticed on va.gov that my C-file request (filed 01/18/2022) was closed June 2, 2022. I started calling Jun 14, 2022 because I hadn't received any notification/c-file yet. Called the WH hotline and complained. Told them that I needed it for a time sensitive appeal. Called VA 800 number a few more times. Kept getting the ole' two step dance routine. Called again 2 days ago and spent an hour on the phone with a VA representative. Anyways, today I received an UPS 2 day delivery containing the C-File. Almost 1900 pages on CD. Saw that my last C&P exam for "Carpal Tunnel" was in there in which the report indicated "AS LEAST AS LIKELY AS NOT" and also indicated that the condition was "SEVERE" (affecting my dominant hand). According to the VA compensation guidelines (50%), this will get me to the 100% P&T. I also have a claim for TDIU with a hopeful effective date of Jan 2019 (I want that backpay).
